Adopted at age 10 after growing up in foster care, Lindsey Arnson found her home in Eastern Oregon—a place that shaped her passion for generational change and opportunity. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher and holds an active Oregon teaching license. Over time, Lindsey shifted into education and workforce development, where she has expanded regional internships, launched educator externships, and coordinated multi-county programs with a focus on equity and growth.
Her lived experience continues to drive her commitment to building programs that open doors for youth, especially in rural communities, ensuring access to meaningful careers and brighter futures. When not working, Lindsey enjoys giving back through local nonprofits, watching Disney classics, and spending time with her pets.
